Wildcat quarterback Trey Burton went from No. 13 to No. 8 last week.
For tonight’s game, Gators defensive tackle Jaye Howard will wear No. 62 instead of his usual No. 6, the team reported on its website.
The release said Howard chose 62 because it was the number of former walk-on Lamar Abel, who passed away in May at age 21. Abel was a member of the 2008 national championship team.
